We are not a single-bet company. Our portfolio spans physical security, elder care, knowledge infrastructure, algorithmic research, and defence technology — five verticals that share architecture but serve distinct markets with distinct revenue models.
This diversification is not dilution. Each vertical can generate independent returns. The shared infrastructure means each new vertical costs less to build and benefits from every capability developed across the portfolio.
Our Structure
Talos Ventures is the parent company. It owns the shared agentic AI infrastructure, the brand, and the investment in each vertical. Talos Advanced Systems is a wholly-owned subsidiary with its own operations, procurement relationships, and commercial pipeline.
Each AI venture — Security, Elder Care, Knowledge Engine, and Agentic Alpha — is a business unit within Talos Ventures, currently pre-revenue and in pilot or development phase. They share infrastructure costs and benefit from each other's development.
Investment in Talos Ventures provides exposure to the full portfolio. Vertical-specific investment structures are available for investors who wish to focus on a particular opportunity. Both are available for discussion under NDA.
Investment Opportunities

Market Timing
The convergence of capable foundation models, affordable edge hardware, and growing institutional demand for data sovereignty has created a window that will not remain open indefinitely.
2025 and 2026 represent the first years in which agentic AI systems — agents that perceive, decide, and act autonomously — are capable enough to deploy in production environments outside of research labs. We are at the beginning of this curve, not the middle.
Regulatory pressure, institutional policy, and growing awareness of cloud data risks are driving demand for local-first AI systems. What was a preference two years ago is becoming a procurement requirement. Our architecture is perfectly positioned for this shift.
